    Ranked Choice Voting Explained – Virtual call with the DC Board of Elections, Hosted by CCCA and the ANC 3/4G

    Ranked choice voting (RCV) will start with the June 2026 Primary Election in DC. The ANC and CCCA will jointly host a live meeting with Executive Director of the Board of Elections (BOE), Monica Holman Evans, on February 24 at 7:00 pm.

    During the call, ranked choice voting (RCV) will be explained. The Board of Elections will show mock RCV ballots and mock RCV digital vote machines and explain the process. We will follow the presentation with time for Q&A. Please register in advance — here — to join by Zoom. We look forward to seeing you!
